Meet Our Women Leaders: Quiana Jones

Quiana Jones is currently a General Manager in Tennessee, having joined the Company in 2020. Prior to serving our customers, she served our country in the United States Army. We know veterans bring a diverse skillset – like adaptability, resiliency, leadership, and teamwork – and offer a unique perspective that contribute to the Company’s success every day. Meet Our Women Leaders: Carmon Smith

I began my career journey as a Senior General Manager at the TMX Finance® Family of Companies in August 2014 in Memphis, TN. In my first six months with the Company, I worked at almost every location in the area, which gave me valuable experience for when I was placed in my permanent store on Austin Peay Highway. With experience at various stores in the area along with consistent initiative and hard work, shortly after joining the Austin Peay Highway team, I became a Certified General Manager Trainer. My leadership saw my growth potential and offered me a stretch assignment …

I always keep an open mind to learn something from everyone, and my end goal is for everyone to leave an interaction with me with a huge smile on their face. All the people at the Company matter, and they deserve to feel the same happiness and joy they bring me. When I started in 2010, I joined the Company as a Customer Service Representative, an entry-level position. After my initial 90 days …

Meet our Women in Leadership: Kelley Frazier

You started as a CSR and are now a Certified GM Trainer. Tell us about your journey. I started as a Customer Service Representative back in 2012. I didn’t even know what the title of a vehicle looked like. I worked as a CSR in TitleMax® of Conway for a year and a half. During that time, I was the over-achiever, always volunteering to run errands and help other stores with staffing, and I craved the Goal Board like no other. Once I was actually given the position as Assistant Store Manager, I was already there mentally. I stayed in …
