Meet Krista Henley

At the TMX Finance Family of Companies, women are leading the way. They’re mothers, mentors, military veterans, community volunteers, and operators. Our women are leaders.

Read all the interviews we held in our Women of the 20th blog series to learn how they each became the leaders they are today.

What has been one of your most empowering moments at the TMX Finance Family of Companies?

There are so many moments that I have felt empowered at TMX Finance Family of Companies! I feel the most empowered when I see team members embrace our culture, excel in their position and see the impact that success can make on their personal lives. Knowing that I have inspired them to tap into their potential motivates me to touch as many lives as possible.

How has your time at the TMX Finance Family of Companies been special?

There is no place like TMX Finance Family of Companies! I have been in store operations and corporate operations. I have worked with and for some amazing leaders. I have been involved with risk management strategic leadership, legal gurus, incredibly talented District Directors, awesome recruiters, talent team start up giants, regional level executives in partnership, business driving and relationship building General Managers, rising star Store Managers, and rock star Customer Service Representatives – all passionate and hungry for a bright future.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career journey with our Company?

My advice to someone joining our Company would be to embrace our culture and core values. Bring passion and energy to work with you every day. Listen to your leaders and be coachable and then follow the process!

What is your biggest passion?

My biggest passion is performance! I am passionate about the fact that people can do incredible things when they have a desire to win and when they are willing to work!

Is there anything else we should know about your journey to success?

My journey to success started with the mindset as a Salesperson that I was already successful. In every role I’ve been in I have been proud to be in that position and have embraced the coaching from my leaders. I have never asked for a promotion. I have focused on giving my best, rolling up my sleeves and doing the work and “success” was just a bi-product.
