What makes you passionate about finding top talent?
I know that finding top talent has a big effect on our Company’s mission. Daily, we are tasked with raising the bar on talent, and being able to provide someone with career advancement is something that is truly gratifying.
What has been your most memorable moment at the TMX Finance® Family of Companies?
I was able to lead the team to the Chuck Norris Kick Ball Classic in 2017. Being a part of that team put together of employees and their families was very special and it was the first time Talent Acquisition won the tournament.
What advice would you give someone starting their career with our Company?
Get involved! Get a mentor who can show you the ropes and give you advice. We have so many Company resources for training and development that are available to you, so take advantage.
What is one tip you would give to someone looking for their next career opportunity?
Know what you want and ask questions that give you all the information you to make a sound decision. Change is constant in life so don’t be afraid of taking the next step. Just make sure you have all the information you need to make the move.
What’s something on your bucket list?
Play a round of golf at Augusta National.
What’s your favorite part of working at the TMX Finance® Family of Companies?
I have huge financial goals and I enjoy working for a company that has no cap on the bonus opportunities for money-motivated team members. And, they work hard to train and promote employees which promotes growth!

What advice would you give someone starting their career with our Company?
Challenge yourself to be a top performer. No drama, no complaining; have a willingness to do whatever it takes, be engaged with the training, follow the top producers, move fast and have fun.

Go with your gut. Go with your passion. The salary will follow.
What’s on your bucket list?
I’ve always wanted to do the full Kentucky Derby experience and, one day, to play in the World Series of Poker.

The team I work with! I get to come in every day and work with a team that is just as passionate as I am about what we do.

Roll up your sleeves, take the initiative to take on more than just your standard “job duties”, and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day.

I have an identical twin.

The talent we bring in directly impacts the success of our teams and the Company. It’s a thrill to secure talent that will help take our Company to the next level. AND I’m changing lives! How cool is that?!

I love the people I have the privilege to work alongside and partner with every day. They are some of the hardest-working and smartest people I know and they push me to challenge myself every day!

At the end of the day, I think most people want to know that their work has real purpose. We change people’s lives every day! And you get to do that alongside a team that genuinely cares about your success and development with the Company. As the Company continues to grow, the opportunities are endless!
What advice would you give someone starting their career with our Company?
As an industry leader, we are always working hard to maintain a competitive edge and in doing so, we tend to move at lightning speed. Change is constant. Although change is sometimes uncomfortable, be flexible and rally around these changes/new initiatives as they will only help to continue driving us in the right direction. And remember that if you are uncomfortable, you are growing!
What’s something on your bucket list?
To compete on Survivor (or at least submit an audition tape)!
What is your favorite part about working at TMX?
The culture/work environment. The people I work with make my job fun! Everyone at TMX is so supportive. I truly love coming to work every day!

What advice would you give someone starting their career with our Company?
Don’t be scared to go outside of your comfort zone. TMX made it possible to try out a new career path and I’m so thankful that I took the leap of faith and joined the recruiting team.
What is something on your bucket list?
To run the NYC Marathon!
What makes you passionate about finding top talent?
It’s so rewarding to see someone build a career within the company, whether that’s by promoting within our stores or taking on their own projects. It’s great to see the growth of a newly hired team member.
What’s your favorite part of working at the TMX Finance Family of Companies?
The team I get to work with! Our team members are so driven to work towards a common goal. We have a creative team as well that loves to brainstorm new strategies and encourages new ideas.
What advice would you give someone starting their career with our Company?
Stay curious and don’t limit yourself to an understanding of just your title. I encourage you to get to know the surrounding departments that you interact with.
What’s something on your bucket list?
I’d love to see a concert in Red Rocks, Colorado!

I love knowing I am setting up all of my candidates for success. It is fulfilling to have candidates excited to start their new positions with TMX!

What is unique about your background or work experience that makes you successful?
From a young age my mom really instilled the value of hard work. I had my first job at 15, being a ticket taker at a Music Theatre.

The culture and the people we are fortunate enough to work with. The people here really care, want the best for you, and are passionate about what they do.
What advice would you give someone starting their career with our Company?
Everyone starts somewhere! Ask lots of questions and take every opportunity to learn and grow.

I want to travel to Sicily!

I am a certified Wine Connoisseur of Italian Wines! I am also from Wisconsin.
