Savannah, Georgia (August, 2019)— TMX Finance® Family of Companies announced today that it has earned recognition as a 2020 Top Ten Military Friendly® Employer. Companies that have earned this designation are deemed to have exceptionally strong hiring programs and meaningful careers for transitioning service members, veterans, and spouses.
The Military Friendly® Employers list has come to set the standard for organizations to provide the best opportunities for veterans and their spouses. Only 290 organizations earned the Military Friendly® Employer designation and were evaluated using both public data sources from over 8,800 employers, input from employed veterans, and responses from a proprietary survey.

We strive to provide the tools, resources, and support our veterans, veteran spouses, and active duty military team members need for a smooth transition to a successful business career with our Company.”
Established in 2017, the Company’s Veteran Commitment, TMX Project SERV: Serving Employment for Respected Veterans, is dedicated to hiring transitioning service members, veterans, and spouses. About Military Friendly® Employers:
The Military Friendly ® Employers list is created each year based on extensive research using public data sources for more than 8,800 employers nationwide, input from employed veterans and responses to the proprietary, data-driven Military Friendly ® Employers survey from participating organizations. The survey questions, methodology, criteria, and weighting were developed with the assistance of an independent research firm (EY) and an advisory council of educators and employers. Ernst & Young is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, independently evaluated the scoring methodology used for the Military Friendly ® Employers list using the criteria set forth by VIQTORY. The services performed by EY are limited to advisory procedures and do not provide assurance over the scoring methodology.
