We wanted to take our business online, but we wanted to keep customer service our number one priority. We had to figure out what taking our business online would mean to our customers and how we could make the experience similar to being in a store, but more efficient and flexible. The solution was built: TitleMax Online would provide our customers with the relationship feel of a store experience while introducing them to the convenience of flexible payment options from their homes, phones, or wherever an Internet connection exists- without ever having to go into a physical store.
A new mobile appraisal app was created for store team members to quickly appraise vehicles and submit the information directly into our system. Having an app allows for quicker response time and a much more streamlined submittal process. What does this mean? It means we have decreased the wait time for our customers!
Environmental responsibility means a lot to us. We want to do our part in making sure our communities are left in better condition than when we found them. That’s why we strive to be as green as possible. We started this initiative in 2015, and since then, we have significantly cut down on the paper footprint produced by our stores on a daily basis.
