As a part of the IT Operations team, the Service Desk provides a single point of contact to meet the technology support needs of our store team members. Comprised of several groups that include; the I.T. Service Desk, I.T. Service Operations, IT Service Management, IT Field Operations, and IT Governance and Security, the Service Desk is the first contact for all IT questions.  This group minimizes the impact of service issues and proactively manages the use of IT network best practices. They are adept at resolving incidents and requests, and effectively communicate with end-users to resolve issues and get them positioned to work successfully.
