“What makes our Company special is how everyone has made me feel like I am part of a family. As a member of the Automation Team, I build tools that allow other team members to focus on delivering software and I love doing it! What makes me excited to come into the office every day is the long-term vision of being able to provide our customers the ability to get the money they need shortly after walking into a store, completing an application online, or filling out the application on their mobile device. “The day I was given an opportunity to join the TMX family as a Customer Service Representative, was an amazing one. Over the last 3 years, I have earned three promotions and am now a General Manager running my own store. Deciding to take control of my career was one of the best decisions I have ever made. “I started my career at TitleMax in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at the first store built in Huntsville, Alabama. I came into this Company with the mindset to be the best at my position, work hard, be a team player, gain as much knowledge as possible, and to move up the ranks. I practiced that on a daily basis and within 7 months I was promoted to a Store Manager at TitleBucks. During the next 4 years, I worked hard, and I have finally reached my goal as a General Manager with TitleBucks. The thing I love about working here are all of the opportunities available. “We are a family, we have each other’s best interest at heart, we all lead by example top to bottom. We are a performance based Company and hard work pays off, I am proof of that! My first assignment after extensive training was the Tucson, AZ market. I took that location, within a year, to a top profiting region in the Company and was recognized as one of the top 3 Regional Managers in the Company. In 2013, my next assignment was Phoenix AZ, I moved there in June of 2014 and was recognized as the Top Regional Manager of the year for 2015. I LOVE the people I work with and the fast pace environment. We must model positive behaviors, coach, mentor and develop the people who have the hunger and the thirst for more, otherwise we will stifle the growth of the people and the Company.
